Managing one’s deposit

My Space/My Deposits

You can manage your deposits from My Space/My Deposits.
There are several possible situations for your deposits :

Status of the deposit Possible actions
Modification request View, modify, answer, delete
Documents pending for verification View, delete
Documents online View, edit metadata, add file, link the resource, use as a template, share ownership
Bibliographic references View, add file, edit metadata, link the resource, use as a template, share ownership, delete

Possible actions :

View : display the resource.
Edit metadata : you have write permission to the publication type, document and author metadata.
Add file : you may enhance a bibliographic record with the full-text document. You may edit the document type, upload one or more files, document and/or author metadata. The deposit becomes a document pending for verification.
Deposit a new version : this updates your deposit with a newer file version (with corrected content, an enhanced layout, a published version, etc.). You may edit the document type, upload one or more files, document and/or author metadata. The deposit becomes a document pending for verification. Once the deposit posted online, the latest version is the one available for consultation.
Link the resource : this enables you to link several deposits together.
Use as a template : duplicate the deposit. Useful if you have to deposit several chapters of the same book for example : only chapter titles and pagination change.
Share ownership : you may share your deposit with several users (like co-authors, for instance). A shared deposit is available in each user’s individual space, thus allowing them to view statistics, among other things.
Delete : you can delete bibliographic records, documents pending for verification, or pending for modification.
Answer : here you will access an exchange form to interact with the verification teams who check deposits before posting them online.
